My just 4 year old daughter asked me a few questions throughout the show. "Mommy? How did the boat get on the ice?" was my favorite one (You will have to see the show to know!). My oldest son, who has autism, had expressed prior he did not want to attend the show at all.... enjoyed it very much. Made this mama proud! So, my kids - ages 4,4,6 and almost 8 all loved it.
I always enjoyed the Disney On Ice shows as a child, but I wondered if I would as an adult, or rather, a parent. The joys of watching your kids love the show are good, but that can wear off after the first hour. The show was so excellent in having songs that were in Disney movies when I was a kid kept me interested and singing along. I hope the people in front of us couldn't hear my tone deaf singing. :)
And, the absolutely wonderful skating was what kept me interested. There were some amazing moves they did on the ice.
The entire show was absolutely fantastic. If you have tickets - you will love it! If you haven't decided if you should go.. GO! Three things I would note - the show is 2 hours long with a break about 50 minutes in. Note that it IS an ice show - the building was cold. Dress warm! Also, ALL concessions and goodies take CASH ONLY. A mistake I made. :(
Enjoy the show!
