A: Well, not necessarily a "new" food - but new to the Fair this year will be a 40 foot Yogurt Bar called YO2GO. This will be in the Dairy Building and is from 100% New York Milk. Greek and regular Vanilla Flavors will be available. Also, new this year - its own fair-branded line of New York-brewed craft beer, known as “State Fair Showstopper Ale. The Ale will be made in part from New York hops and barley products and brewed by Empire Brewing Company of Syracuse. Visitors of legal drinking age can enjoy it at the new Taste NY Wine, Beer and Spirits Bar at the Colonnade and widely throughout the Fairgrounds.
